Policies
Refunds
- Refunds will not be issued without a doctor’s note once classes have started.
- All REFUNDS will be subject to a $30 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE for any cancellations and 6% credit card fee if original payment was by a credit card the week of classes starting.
- All fees for classes cancelled by the Skating Academy will be refunded in full.
- Refunds or credits will not be issued for absences or classes missed by the student.
General
- Pre-registration is required for all classes – SIGN UP EARLY, CLASSES FILL QUICKLY!
- Online Registration available
- Late registrations received after the 1st day of class will not be prorated.
- Enrollments received after early registration deadline date will be subject to an additional $10 per skater. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- The Skating School reserves the right to change the day and time of classes.
- A minimum of 3 students must register for each class or the class may be cancelled.
- Parents are not permitted on the ice during group lesson time with the exception of Parent & Me classes.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class time in order to allow sufficient time to get your skates on and be ready for instruction.
Inclement Weather
- Notification of changes/cancellations to class schedule due to inclement weather will be posted on the website and every attempt will be made by emailing our customers
- If classes are cancelled, a class schedule will be posted on our website and each class will be emailed with make up day, time and make up class instructor
- Make up classes may not have the same instructor as their regular scheduled classes
